Re-fitted in 2008 the Truk Odyssey is a 40m steel hull motor yacht. She has twin diesels and is purpose built for diving and comfort. With only 16 guests in a 40m hull you have privacy and space.
She offers 2 single cabins for those travelling alone who prefer not to share with someone they don't know, which is not common in the liveaboard diving scene at present. Her 9 cabins split between the main and lower decks are all en-suite, air-conditioned, carpeted and complete with TV/DVD systems.
The main deck has a spacious air conditioned saloon and bar, complete with a TV/DVD/VCR player and an assortment of movies, games and books. The indoor dining area is air conditioned and offers fantastic ocean views and the upper sun deck is partially shaded and has chairs, chaise longues, tables and a BBQ.
Diving facilities are spacious and well thought out with personal gear lockers and an in-place fill station. Photographers and videographers are well catered for with a 3-tier camera table, charging stations and rinse tanks. The dive platform is equipped with two exit ladders and freshwater showers.
